According to the introduction, the core advantages of the SLX cam jacquard machine are concentrated in four key dimensions. The first is precision engineering design; the machine adopts an optimized shedding cam curve, extending the effective shedding time to ensure smooth operation; a low center of gravity design reduces frame vibration and noise, the one-piece processed camshaft box ensures conjugate cam installation accuracy, combined with a fully sealed dust-proof design and easily adjustable sensor discs, it exemplifies fine craftsmanship. The second is the intelligent control system, the new electronic control system features self-diagnostic capabilities, enabling real-time monitoring of node status and display of fault locations; the enhanced control system is equipped with a large screen and a high-frequency processor, improving data transmission speed and storage capacity. It also supports multiple networking methods, facilitating remote pattern transfer, cloud connectivity for equipment, mobile APP monitoring, report analysis, and production scheduling, thereby advancing the digital management of jacquard weaving. The third aspect lies in its technical parameters: the SLX series offers various needle count configurations such as 1408, 2688, 2816, 5376, 6144, 8448, 10240, and 12288. The shedding height ranges from 55mm to 120mm, with a maximum speed reaching 850 rpm, meeting the demands of complex pattern processing and high-speed production, thus providing textile enterprises with flexible options. The fourth is IoT integration capability, the machine connects to the S&S Jacquard Weaving IoT Platform. Leveraging remote monitoring and management, a comprehensive after-sales service system, and fault response and diagnostic functions, it aids in the integration of upstream and downstream resources. It provides end customers with a comprehensive digital integrated solution spanning from production monitoring to order management, laying the foundation for smart factories.
